Brocade Communications Campus is equipped with one 4-story building and two 7-story buildings. Interior spaces improved by Taylor Engineers include 52,000 sqft of data center and server lab spaces (5 MW IT load), a kitchen/cafeteria, office space, executive office, customer training center, multi-purpose meeting rooms, conference center, fitness center, locker/shower facility, as well as MDF and IDF facilities.

Mechanical systems installed by Taylor Engineers were specialized to accommodate new data center loads. These installations include new chillers, pumps, a waterside economizer, and in-row air handlers for the labs.
